Residential and Convention Weekend Ticket
Applications for rooms ARE NOW CLOSED please visit our dedicated registration page HERE - Those awarded a room in the application lottery will be notified by the 20th April, with payment due 23:59 on the 1st May.
IMPORTANT: in 2025, all applications for residential spaces MUST be made with a pre-arranged room share, unlike 2024, we are unable to accept solo applications to be placed randomly. That was done in 2024 only to allow those curious critters to attend without needing to commit to a full room. in 2025 due to the sheer number of new members since 2024, you will need to agree this in advance before applying, but if you do not have a roomie, head to our chat on Telegram to make some new friends and see if you can find a room share before the deadline. The cost per person, per bed space, this year is £525 for THREE nights’ accommodation including breakfast every morning and a full 2 course on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings. Friday and Saturday evenings you will be able to select meals from a menu to be cooked for you and Sunday will be our famous full english roast dinner buffet, back by popular demand! This also includes unlimited tea and coffee on Saturday and Sunday in the hotel.
We are limited to 144 people for spaces in beds and 350 total attendees due to the size of the venue, and the last thing we want is to pack the venue so much that we kill the vibe, which does mean we will inevitably disappoint some people who want to come to Pawsome. Following the general registration lottery results and waiting list, rooms may become available where people have not paid, pulled out or changed their minds, so we will ensure every spot is filled!
Timeline For 2025 Residential Registration:
~~ 1st April Room Share Applications Open - Submit your room share for selection, in the event of too many, we will have to run it as a lottery. ~ 15th April Room Share Applications Close - Any submissions after 23:59 on this date will not be accepted.~~
- 20th April Residential Notifications - The lottery is run on all submissions and a random order created, with the available rooms allocated to the first on the list and so on.
- 1st May Residential Payment Deadline - Payments are due from all sharers notified, any non-payers will have their booking cancelled.
- 2nd May Residential Waiting List - We will run through the waiting list in order of lottery results previously undertaken on the 1st May, until all rooms are paid for.

The first batch is SOLD OUT, please visit our dedicated registration page HERE to purchase when the second batch goes on sale 2nd May 00:01. Passes are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
The cost per person for this year will be £100 for complete access to Pawsome 2025, all its events, spaces and marketplaces. We can have 206 non-residential attendees on top of our residential attendees for the duration of the convention. There are many hotels, AirBNB’s, etc. available in Gloucester, and as it is off-season, there should be plenty of space for those to find local accommodation if you are not successful in the room lottery.

Important Notes
Starting a furry convention from scratch is hard work, and a lot of gambling on success and while we'd love to jump into a huge venue with hundreds of bedrooms, we're doing something different at Pawsome, with the liberal costume code, which means we are now more closely aligned with the US furry cons, we're not quite sure how it will go down and until you all show us with your paws, we'll have to start small. Another important factor is venue's being OK with what we are wanting to do. We all know the main UK furry con venues are not open to anything other than costumes made of faux fur, so we've had our work cut out finding venues open and mature enough to understand what we are trying to do. We have larger venues able to accommodate Pawsome and its costume code, but until we know we can afford to exclusively hire the whole venue, we cannot move bigger.
The portion of your payment, per person, for the hotel accommodation & food is £425 and it will be held on your behalf and paid to the hotel (Juniper Hotels) who will invoice the guests for the room although we have already collected the payment on your behalf. The attendance cost of £100/£125 is due to Pawsome Management Limited.
Please ensure you bring valid government-issued photographic ID to collect your registration pack to confirm you are over 18 at the time of the event starting ID MUST match the details on your Pawsome membership profile.
Your attendance is conditional on adhering to our Code of Conduct, click HERE to view and read this.
