2025 Pre Reg
What is Pre Reg
In 2024, our first year, 228 attendees put a lot of money, time and faith in our ability to run this convention, and we were grateful that every single space was filled, purely on the anticipation of this event, which was rewarded by an amazing event which surpassed everyones expectations! As a thank you to all of those critters who believed in us on our first year, we offered them a chance to book for 2025 in advance before the general lottery commences, with a guaranteed attendance in the same ticket type as 2024. All of us at Pawsome felt that for the 2nd year, our thank you for their faith and confidence, would be rewarded with early access. This will not be repeated in 2026 or any further years, and it is unlikely that everyone from 2024 will take up this offer, and with 112 more non-residential tickets than 2024, there will be plenty of chances for everyone to join the best house party in the UK furry community!
Timeline

Q: I attended in 2024 but my proposed roomie did not, can they still join me in this application?
A: Unfortunately BOTH 2025 pre-reg applicants must have been residential attendees in 2024. If you want to share a room with someone who was either non-residential in 2024 or has been been before, you will have to wait until the main residential applications open on 1st April. If you are looking for a roomie who attended in 2024, check out our Telegram chat group as there is a dedicated topic to ask for sharers HERE
Q: Do both sharers need to fill this form in?
A: No, as long as you quote their Pawsome member number where prompted, we will confirm your booking together.
Q: Can I change my roomie at any time?
A: Up to 1 month before the convention, but if you booked using the pre-reg, the replacement you select must also have been a residential 2024 attendee.
Q: Is the price 'per person' or 'per room'?
A: Per person. So, for example, let's say there are two of you going with the plan of sharing a twin room (a room with two beds). Both you and your friend have to pay £525, each.
Q: If my roomie has not paid by 31st March, can the booking remain?
A: In order to be fair to all potential attendees and members, we must have all payments in, otherwise the room and booking is released back into the general residential application process on 1st April.
Q: Are there single occupancy rooms?
A: No, there are no single rooms and we are not allowing single occupancy. For example, if you wanted to stay in a twin room (a room with two beds) by yourself, that would not be allowed.
Q: What if I have specific accessibility needs which make me unable/uncomfortable to share with someone else?
A: From our inception, we agreed as a team to make accessibility a top priority for the convention, which is why we chose a hotel that has accessible rooms - something we are proud of especially as a first convention with limited venue options. However, while we are pleased to offer accessible accommodation, unfortunately both our hotel and the convention are (currently) too too small to allow single occupancy rooms. We want to show our commitment to making Pawsome as accessible as possible, and so we promise that if we ever move to a bigger hotel, we will create a policy that will always reserve 2.5% of rooms for anyone with single-occupancy accessibility needs. If you have accessibility needs, please confirm them in the application form.
Q: How are the costs broken down?
A: £425 goes to the hotel for your room for three nights, exclusive use of the hotel, breakfast for Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings and a 2 course dinner for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. £100 goes to Pawsome for a list too long to write here, but including the usuals: insurance, merch, AV equipment etc.
Q: What will the food be at the convention?
A: Friday and Saturday evenings you will be able to select meals from a menu to be cooked for you and Sunday will be our famous full english roast dinner buffet, back by popular demand! This also includes unlimited tea and coffee on Saturday and Sunday in the hotel.
Q: Can I remove the food option from my ticket? Especially if I have dietary requirements?
A: No.
Q: What dietary requirements have you catered for?
A: The hotel will cater for vegetarians and vegans, however please note the vegan menu will be limited - but the Pawsome directors are working hard to increase the quality and variety this year - we will publish more news on this soon. . The hotel will also have limited gluten free options.
Q: Can we buy additional upgrades (such as T-shirts or sponsorship) at a later date?
A: You can upgrade to any additional items up to 1 month before the event.
