How To Register To Attend or Purchase Passes?
So you've decided you want to attend Pawsome 2025, having read through the main page HERE and agree to our attendee Code of Conduct HERE, you have two options below, but first some FAQ's
- Only the lead sharer completes the form if you are applying for the residential room lottery, if your other sharer also applies, they may receive an email advising their PAW number is already submitted and to contact reg if that is not the case.
- You will receive an acknowledgement of your entry submission for the residential lottery, if not or the details are not correct, please Contact Us! so we can confirm your entry or if there are details incorrect, we can adjust if need be.
- The entries in the residential lottery are not time-critical, and as long as a successful submission is made before 23:59 on the 15th April, you will have as much chance as someone to submitted their form at 18:01 on the 1st April, so please do not rush to submit the form, and if you submit a request to our Registration and Membership team, we will respond and resolve your query before the deadline, so do not feel under pressure if there is a glitch in the matrix!
- non-residential tickets that are purchased via our Marketplace, you will receive confirmation of the purchase from SquareUp, we will not confirm your ticket seperately, as your purchase receipt is that, but we will contact you nearer the time to advise further about the event, timings, etc. so if you have your SquareUp receipt, you're good to go.
- If you do not put your PAW number in the notes on the Marketplace checkout screen, we may not be able to allocate the pass to your PAW number, so please remember to do this!
- We are a smaller con, we do not have the size of the teams that the national conventions have, so please be patient and we will get to you as quickly as we can, but we will not cancel any submissions or bookings until all avenues have been exhausted or you decide to pull out. We do things differently at Pawsome, and we work for YOU and not the other way around.

Non-Residential Passes:
Please visit our Online Marketplace HERE to purchase a non-residential weekend convention pass. The first batch has been released on a first-come-first-served basis. You must put your PAW number in the notes and multiple PAW numbers if you are buying more than one. If you do not have membership at the time of purchase, the pass will be refunded. This form closes for entries 15th April at 23:59, if we receive more sharer entries than rooms, a lottery will be run and successful applications will be notified no later than 20th April. You must have a room share in place before submitting an entry, and multiple entries with the same PAW number will be rejected.
